What is Witality™ Breathwork?

Witality™ Breathwork is one of the fastest-growing healing modalities in the United States that combines cognitive catharsis, powerful somatic release, and re-connection to your heart. Witalij utilizes various breathing rhythms, techniques, and intensities with everchanging musical arrangements into a "life-changing" experience that often results in the emotional and physical release of stuck energy, unprocessed traumas and many blockages. When and where is it?

The event will happen in Atlanta, GA at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel on the March 7th at 6:45PM. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins. 

Upon your arrival, we will provide parking stickers to our attendees. You must affix these stickers onto your parking ticket to avail the discounted $10 parking rate

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow & Eyemask/blindfold. (Water, chapstick - optional)
