What is Witality™ Breathwork?

Witality™ Breathwork is one of the fastest-growing healing modalities in the United States that combines cognitive catharsis, powerful somatic release, and re-connection to your heart. The event will happen in Chicago, IL at the Loews Chicago Hotel on the March 9th at 6:45PM.

Event Parking- $35 up to 8 hours (both valet and self)

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins. 

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow & Eyemask/blindfold. (Water, chapstick - optional)
