What is Witality™ Breathwork?

Witality™ Breathwork is one of the fastest-growing healing modalities in the United States that combines cognitive catharsis, powerful somatic release, and re-connection to your heart. Witalij utilizes various breathing rhythms, techniques, and intensities with everchanging musical arrangements into a "life-changing" experience that often results in the emotional and physical release of stuck energy, unprocessed traumas and many blockages. When and where is it?

The event will happen in Costa Mesa at The Hilton on 3050 Bristol St. at 6:45 PM on February 15th.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins. 

(Event will be held in the Catalina Ballroom)

There is $10 discounted parking available on-site.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, & blindfold/eyemask.
