What is Witality™ Breathwork?

Witality™ Breathwork is one of the fastest-growing healing modalities in the United States that combines cognitive catharsis, powerful somatic release, and re-connection to your heart. The event will happen in Dallas, TX at the Hilton Anatole Dallas on the March 16th at 6:45PM. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow & Eyemask/blindfold. (Water, chapstick - optional)
