What is Witality™ Breathwork?

Witality™ Breathwork is one of the fastest-growing healing modalities in the United States that combines cognitive catharsis, powerful somatic release, and re-connection to your heart. This event will happen in Hilton Miami Downtown on December 20th at 6:45PM. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before the event begins.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow. (Water, blindfolds/eyemask, chapstick - optional)
