What is Witality™ Breathwork?

Witality™ Breathwork is one of the fastest-growing healing modalities in the United States that combines cognitive catharsis, powerful somatic release, and re-connection to your heart. When and where is it?

The event will happen in Philadelphia, PA at the Philadelphia Marriott Old City on March 3rd at 6:45pm. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins. 

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow & Eyemask/blindfold. (Water, chapstick - optional)
