What is Witality™ Breathwork?

Witality™ Breathwork is one of the fastest-growing healing modalities in the United States that combines cognitive catharsis, powerful somatic release, and re-connection to your heart. The event will happen in Portland, OR at the Doubletree by Hilton Portland on the March 23rd at 6:45PM. 

There is parking availbe at this venue at a discounted rate of $5 

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins. 

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow & Eyemask/blindfold. (Water, chapstick - optional)
