What is Witality™ Breathwork?

Witality™ Breathwork is one of the fastest-growing healing modalities in the United States that combines cognitive catharsis, powerful somatic release, and re-connection to your heart. The event will happen in Sacramento at 6:45 PM on November 29th at the Four Points by Sheraton International Airport - 4900 Duckhorn Dr, Sacramento, CA 95834, USA.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins.  

What do I need to bring?

Please bring yoga mat, blanket and pillow. (Water, blindfolds, chapstick - optional)
