What is Witality™ Breathwork?

Witality™ Breathwork is one of the fastest-growing healing modalities in the United States that combines cognitive catharsis, powerful somatic release, and re-connection to your heart. When and where is it?

The event will happen in San Diego at The Julep Venue on 1735 Hancock St. at 6:45 PM on February 14th.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins. 

There is free parking on-site. 

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, & blindfold/eyemask.
