What is breathwork?

Simply said, breathwork is like years of therapy in 1 hour without you having to say a word. Some people compare it to psychadelic journeys and some say it's as powerful as Ayahuasca. But there's nothing to be afraid of. All you gotta do is lay down, cover your eyes, listen to amazing music and breathe in the ways and rhythms that I will guide you with for about an hour. You are very likely to cry, scream and laugh uncontrollably while I take you on a journey to your subconscious mind to release what doesn't serve you anymore and to connect you back to your true self.  I guarantee you will come out like a brand new person out of this experience!

How are we going to do this?

Because of the pandemic, a lot of people have requested to do an online Zoom event in the convenience of your home. This is going to be as powerful as a session in person. Please make sure you have a Zoom Account. We will send you the link with the secret password after your purchase. Please prepare a pair of headphones and stable internet connection as well as comfortable place to lay down away form the kids/pets. During the process I would require you to be on camera from the waist up to your head. Guests will be muted for the majority of the session.
